Well, that is all for the house update at the moment. We are happy to report that we are almost at 'lock up' which means that after Christmas all the hard work inside can begin.

We would like to thank Rachael's Dad for coming out to Nelson for six weeks to visit us and help out with the project managing - probably during some of the most challenging weeks as we courageously battled against the environment and weather!

We took a visit to the timber framers - here are three of our four valley beams measuring 8" by 14" in size.
